    • We regret to inform you that we do not accept returns on any items. All sales are final.
    • Reviewing your order before confirming the purchase is important. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure all things are correct.

    • Payment needs to be made within 24 hours of purchasing. All orders will be cancelled upon delay of payments.
    • We accept EFT, Direct Deposit only. To avoid delays we recommend immediate payment is made.

    • Shipping charges are calculated based on the destination and weight of the order.
    • The total cost, including shipping charges, will be displayed at checkout before you confirm your order.
    • Because we ship directly from various farmers you might receive your package in separate deliveries. If this is the case we will notify you.

  6. Promotional Methods:
    • Affiliates are encouraged to promote The Certified Za through ethical means. Prohibited methods include, but are not limited to, spam, misleading advertising, and infringement of intellectual property rights. The Certified ZA logos will be provided upon request.
  7. Affiliate Tracking:
    • We are not responsible for tracking errors resulting from affiliates modifying or tampering with their affiliate links.
  8. Termination:
    • Either party may terminate the affiliate relationship at any time, with or without cause, by giving written notice to the other party. All Commissions will be forfeited if the affiliate terminates without agreed upon grounds.
  9. Modification of Terms:
    • The Certified Za reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Affiliates may/may not be notified of any changes, and continued participation constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

    • The Certified Za is not liable for any indirect, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the affiliate relationship.
